Register Ocean Shipment

Register a container or Bill of Lading (BL) number to track your ocean shipment. You can provide either a container number or a BL number, along with the shipping line.

Shipment Details
Enter the Master Bill of Lading or Booking Number provided by your shipping line.
You can enter multiple email addresses separated by commas.
Separate multiple tags with commas.

Instructions

To register an ocean shipment for tracking, you need to provide:

  • Master BL / Booking Number (required) - This is the primary identifier for your shipment
  • Shipping Line (required) - Select from the dropdown list

Optional information:

  • Container Number - If you know a specific container in the shipment
  • Reference Number - Your internal reference
  • Email for Notifications - To receive updates
  • Tags - For organizing your shipments
The ShipsGo Ocean API tracks shipments primarily by Master BL / Booking Number, not by container number.
Once registered, your shipment will appear in the Ocean Shipments list.
